Responsibilities

Develop and design effective marketing materials, including graphics, layouts, and visual elements according to the specifics and requirements.
Collaborate with other team leads and stakeholders to create visually compelling designs that align with overall business goals and marketing strategies.
Brand guardian of all design work carried out by the team.
Creating insightful/engaging pitch materials, case studies, campaigns, etc.
Pitch assets e.g. Documents, Pitch Presentations, Pitch Boards, Pitch Books, Behance Cases and Offers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Creating engaging marketing collateral and materials that give us a true standout.
Use design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Pitch App to create and refine designs that meet the company's standards and quality expectations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to final product delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure that all designs are accessible and user-friendly, considering the UX/UI aspects of it.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity across a variety of media and platforms.
High level of English proficiency
Proven track record of successful designs, achieving high-quality standards and visual impact.
Expert-level understanding of design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Pitch App.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Attention to details and pixel perfect designs approach
Experience leading and mentoring junior designers is a plus.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and Pitch App (preferably).
Demonstrable commercial acumen.
