We’re seeking an Influencer Marketer who can fuse cultural relevance with data-driven precision to amplify brand stories, deliver measurable ROI, and keep everything streamlined from contract negotiation to final payment. You’ll be the orchestrator of influencer initiatives that not only capture hearts and minds but also align seamlessly with our broader brand and business goals.

If you thrive on building genuine, mutually beneficial partnerships, can hold your own in contract negotiations, and keep an eye on the budget while maintaining creative authenticity—this might be your ideal stage. Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Influence

    • Develop and own a holistic influencer marketing strategy that locks in with FOR®’s overarching growth and marketing objectives.

    • Curate a diverse roster of influencer partners spanning social platforms—YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn—to reach the right audiences, at the right time.

    • Align influencer initiatives with upcoming campaigns, product launches, and promotions, ensuring that these tie to financial or strategic milestones.

  2. Relationship-Building & Negotiations

    • Identify, evaluate, and nurture relationships with influencers across industries and demographics that match our clients’ brand ethos and ROI targets.

    • Negotiate contracts and compensation while working closely with our finance and legal teams—securing fair terms and timely payments.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for influencer partners, from initial pitch to final sign-off, ensuring every deliverable meets brand guidelines and legal requirements.

  3. Campaign Execution & Logistics

    • Coordinate with brand strategists, designers, and client teams to craft influencer briefs that uphold brand standards and voice.

    • Oversee content creation timelines, gift deliveries, and all logistic touchpoints, ensuring campaigns roll out smoothly.

    • Monitor influencer content for brand alignment, providing constructive feedback and ensuring each post or video resonates authentically with its audience.

  4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

    • Define KPIs (engagement, reach, ROI) and track performance throughout the campaign lifecycle—because we believe “creativity meets commerce.”

    • Provide regular updates to the marketing team, analyzing data to spotlight successes, identify gaps, and refine strategies for higher returns.
