  • Oversee global and local branding and innovation projects, from brand strategy and naming to digital experiences and motion graphics.

  • Confidently act as the main client liaison, guiding them through each milestone—from kickoff to delivery.

  • Understand client needs, challenges, and business goals, offering strategic recommendations that push projects forward.

  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, consistent check-ins, and exceptional deliverables.


Account Growth

  • Partner with our new business team to explore incremental revenue opportunities, expanding existing accounts wherever beneficial for the client.

  • Drive the process of scoping work: writing statements of work (SOW), building project budgets, and forecasting resource needs.

  • Create account plans that tie client objectives to FOR® goals—finding a sweet spot where brand-building meets business impact.


Project Oversight

  • Track and monitor budgets, timelines, and resources with transparency—weekly reconciliations, resource allocations, and progress reports are your jam.

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks or shifts in scope, collaborating with Project Managers to keep everything on track.

  • Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and feedback loops, ensuring every stakeholder is heard and every decision is documented.


Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work in sync with creative, strategy, and production units, aligning all efforts with project objectives.

  • Kick off projects with clear direction, next steps, and an open environment for collaboration.

  • Communicate feedback from clients accurately and effectively, maintaining a spirit of partnership at every turn.

  • Champion best practices for the tools we use and the processes we refine, helping us remain agile and focused on excellence.
