Location: 100 % Remote - Global
What will you do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives
Create a comprehensive list of the most suitable influencers
Identify and build relationships with key influencers in relevant industries and demographics
Negotiate contracts and compensation with influencers and ensure timely payment
Manage logistics and ensure that gifts are delivered on time
Track and analyze influencer marketing performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to the marketing team
Collaborate with internal teams to create influencer marketing campaigns and initiatives that support product launches, promotions, and other marketing activities
Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices and apply them to improve the company's influencer marketing presence
Manage influencer relations and act as the primary point of contact for influencer partners
Manage influencer content development and ensure that all influencer content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and messaging
Work with legal team to ensure all influencer contracts are compliant with legal requirements
What you will need:
2+ years of work experience in a marketing field, preferably influencer marketing or a similar position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, relationship and network building skills
Proven track record of excellence in creating social media strategies
Strong analytical, forecasting and reporting skills with experience preferably using influencer marketing analytics tools
Organized, with can-do attitude, and ability to multitask under a pressure of demanding timeframes
Nice to have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and databases, such as Fohr, Upfluence, and HYPR
Experience in copywriting, PR, content management, editing
Project management experience
