It is with the utmost pride and joy that FOR® present our latest success. In collaboration with Polar, our client and partner that specializes in producing state of the art innovations in sports and health wearables, we have achieved a milestone that all of us are proud of. What you see is not just a pinnacle of 3D animation and design, it’s the embodiment of our commitment to our partners and our cooperative working principles.
The Brief
Polar launched the Grit X2 Pro Watch, a gadget designed for athletes and fitness enthusiasts that comes equipped with a dual-frequency GPS, topographic maps, and an AMOLED touchscreen display shielded by sapphire crystal glass, it stands as a beacon of rugged elegance. Its military-grade build and extensive battery life make it a reliable companion for the most demanding adventures.
Obviously, with such an amazing product, we knew we had to make a promotion video that would complement the awesomeness of this marvel of engineering and technological innovation.
The Process
Impressed by the product, we took the initiative to design a CGI animation video that started off with a storyboard, where we brainstormed ideas for a theme after carefully considering and analyzing data from niche markets. Then we set towards creating an environment that acted as a backdrop for each instance of the video.
Once we had an agreed upon framework, we set out to design the animations, from concept to working illustrations and after utilizing countless tools and making use of several techniques, we created a full CGI narrative that would prove to be an immersive experience for our viewers.
The Result
As with all our work, we don’t start celebrating on our work until our partners and clients ensure us of their satisfaction. But in this case, Polar was more than just pleased.
We outdid ourselves and the result is clear as day, which is why it brings us immense joy as well as pride to be able to showcase our work in the form of a promotion video, carefully snipped and optimized for a variety of social platforms, available for all to view wherever they find it!
