Location: 100 % Remote - Global

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualization and Design:

   
   

• Translate concepts, sketches, or briefs into captivating 3D designs and animations.

  
  

• Develop original ideas and visualizations while adhering to project objectives and brand guidelines.

  
  

• Create realistic textures, lighting, and effects to enhance visual appeal.

2. Modeling and Rendering:

   
   

• Utilize industry-standard software (such as 3Ds Max, Houdini, Cinema 4D) to model and sculpt 3D objects and environments.

  
  

• Produce high-quality renders and animations using rendering engines like V-Ray or Arnold.

  
  

• Optimize models and scenes for efficiency and performance without compromising quality.

  
  

3. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and animators to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

  
  

• Communicate effectively to understand client requirements and incorporate feedback into designs.

  
  

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

4. Research and Development:

• Stay updated on emerging trends, techniques, and tools in the field of 3D design and animation.

  
  

• Experiment with new software features and methodologies to improve workflow efficiency and artistic output.

  
  

• Share insights and knowledge with the team to foster continuous learning and skill development.

5. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy, realism, and aesthetics.

  
  

• Troubleshoot technical issues and refine designs to address any discrepancies or errors.

  
  

• Maintain organized file structures and documentation for easy access and version control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in 3D design, animation, visual effects, or related field.

  
  

• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and animation software

  
  

• Strong understanding of rendering techniques, lighting, shading, and texturing.

  
  

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

  
  

• Effective communication and collaboration skills with a passion for creative problem-solving.

  
  

• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of 3D projects demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.

  
  

• Experience with motion graphics, rigging, and character animation is a plus.
